What copedent do I have?

My steel:

A pedal raises 10 and 5 a whole step
B pedal raises 3 and 6 a half step
C pedal raise 4 and 5 a while step

What is this configuration, and how hard would it be to change it to and Emmons set up?

I’m just learning the Franklin system and I don’t want to learn on some unorthodox set up.

A stage One is a standard Emmons. It's set up in the most common arrangement.
